About us

MFM-NY, Ltd. was formed in 1992 and incorporated in the state of Delaware, USA. From the very beginning the company worked in close cooperation with the Russian companies and the companies of other CIS countries. The principal activities are:

Consulting

MFM-NY, Ltd. provides consulting services in the field of real estate development, construction techniques and other aspects of construction and manufacturing. After defining the objectives by our clients we offer various solutions including the selection of the required materials and equipment, delivery to the customer’s warehouse, arranging for the equipment setup and further technical support.
MFM-NY, Ltd. specializes mainly on used equipment (woodworking and metalworking machinery, loaders, etc.), which allows the customer to reduce the cost of the production arrangement, thus solving the tasks, but we also offer brand new equipment (forming/casting equipment, equipment for concrete production), depending on the customer’s requests.

Construction Techniques

In carrying out its activity MFM-NY, Ltd. designed and then registered the patents on the technology of wall panels’ production. This production technology is registered under the trademark of BENPAN™, which also belongs to MFM-NY, Ltd. At the present moment MFM-NY, Ltd. applied for patent for foundation panel production technique, concrete floor panel and concrete stair panel production, wooden floor and roof panels, which are pending registration. All of the mentioned above is to be used as a whole modular construction system of pre-fabricated houses.

IT-technologies

MFM-NY, Ltd. is a holder of exclusive rights for the software “Position Report” and “Position Report -Mobile”, developed jointly with JSC “ITS-Soft”, which is used for GPS transport monitoring.
MFM-NY, Ltd. is a holder of exclusive rights for the software “METR”, which is designed to automate the accounting results of the calibration activities in metrological services of the legal entities and reporting to the automated system of calibration activity into automated system.
